At Equine Balanced Support, your satisfaction — and your horse's wellbeing — is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Because our products are consumable equine supplements and treats, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and unused in its original packaging
  • The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product was not purchased on sale or as a final sale item

We are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products due to the nature of consumable goods and food safety considerations.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization from us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used supplements or treats
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
